I empathize hard with that. Keeping well hydrated and well-magnesiumed enough are my daily challenges, and when I fail on either, the cramps at night go from mildly annoying to absolutely excruciating and also hourly. Shudder.

His legs are so huge that the cramps are horrific. I was all out punching his legs (per his request) to help get him where he could stand up. After he was able to walk off the last bout I told him it was nature's way of saying not to work 30 hours straight, on your feet. And I won't hesitate to remind him the next time he goes past 12 or so hours.
I just stalked Jesse on the American Crossword Puzzle Tournament board, so I will brag on her behalf -- she finished top third (!) again, AND at a higher rank by 10 slots against 100 more people this year than last.
Kudos, Jesse!!
Wow, Rock On, Jesse!
yeah, wow, good for Jesse! My legs are tight so leg cramps can be a real part of my life.
I haven't found an effective way to stop them yet. No fun for sure.

Right on, Jesse!
Sweet!!! Strong work, Jessehhh!
I got new exercise leggings that are boot cut, which Tim immediately critiqued ("Leggings are tapered to the ankle -- those are just yoga pants that fit snug around your thighs!"), and it made me realize I'm unclear on the taxonomy of sweatpants/joggers/yoga pants/lounge pants/leggings.
I feel like sweatpants and joggers are basically the same thing, although in my mind, sweatpants are a thicker fabric and have elastic at the ankle, while joggers don't have elastic at the ankle and may or may not be a somewhat lighter-weight fabric. Honestly, my concept of yoga pants is basically the same as joggers (soft fabric, no elastic at the ankle). But then lounge pants are also soft fabric, no elastic at the ankle, so there's a whole lot of overlap going on here. Leggings implies a snug fit (except, I guess, for boot cut leggings, which are indeed snugly fit from the waist to the knee, where they start to flare out into the boot cut).
Anyway, these boot cut leggings are super soft and I might have to live in them forever (the deep sea color is on sale, so I had no choice but to get them: [link] ).
I just call them comfy pants.
