OK, I'm getting a better sense of the hook, but still not getting it. But then again, there are a lot of S&M/BDSM things I really don't get. Not in a judgmental way. Zen. Ya. Crazy, huh? The lifeguard I was seeing thought any ANY physical contact in public was dirty and gross. Never got a chance to kiss her, so not sure how she felt about it in private. But even hand holding she found icky. Yup, my mate picking ability is platinum.
