I miss Oz. He'd get it. He wouldn't say anything, but he'd get it.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Also, loud music not of the person's favored style

See, I'm kinda feral in the mornings, and that would switch me right into attack mode. I pretty much need coffee, toothpaste, and sweet, sweet silence until I get to work.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Much ~ma to you, Beverly.

Glad the biopsy is done, Aims. Here's to clean results!

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

Apply, Emily! You love your field. Unless you don't anymore.

I do love my field, you're right. Part of my hesitation is due to the fact that I love the department I'm in now, even though I don't feel I'm the best teacher for the job.

Would that take care of the certification problems you were having? Am I remembering that anywhere close to right?

It would pretty much take care of the problems -- I'd need to take a couple tests, but that's no big.

Man, I don't know. I'll probably put something about it in my lj when I get home. I'm so torn!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

My officemate today was musing on why it's so "trendy" to be an oppressed minority. He says that everyone is claiming to be oppressed.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

He says that everyone is claiming to be oppressed.

Oh, well, think of all the benefits.

Hold on, I'm still thinking...

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Ooh! Ooh! Where does the line to oppress him begin?

Yeah, that's at least two squares on the racism bingo card.
