Art Crawl!!!

I'm so sad. I really wanted Mel and Mike to make it all the way.

I'm hoping the stuntmen are out next week. . . or the redheads.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I can't believe the stuntmen were almost an hour ahead! I still think they're dicks, but that was a good leg.

Margie's collapse was much less dramatic than the promo made it look.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Boo!

The stuntmen did kick ass there -- although you know they would have been lost for an hour without that cab....

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

GodDAMNit! Stupid cabbie.

I wish the redheads were still looking for that damn clue in the drawers. Though that means, I guess, the shopkeeper would still be getting yelled at by them.

Jamie just sucks- I was disgusted when Cara was talking about what a goddamn ugly American she was and she was just laughing it off. Also, you don't have patience with language barriers??? Then maybe you don't want to be in a race around the world, hmm?

Also, yay for penalties! I don't think I've ever seen a double penalty. If anyone ever deserved it...

I guess I'm rooting for the Sibling Lawyers and the Margie/Luke teams. They race well at least.

And next episode in two weeks! Bah.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'm surprised that in addition to the penalty the show didn't, you know, undo what they did with the pumps. Not really fair to the other teams, and I wonder how much extra effort (and time) doing that two miles with flat tires added on. Not that they shouldn't have checked them out anyway before taking off, but still.

ION, I have been watching Planet Earth in HDTV for hours and it is awesome. Nature is freaky and exhausting though.

Cute baby animals! Who... often get eaten.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Awww, I'm gonna miss Mel and Mike! I loved the contrast between them and the blondes while choosing the drawers at the spice shop. But, they should have listened the first time someone told them that the ape statue was at the zoo.

Planet Earth--I finally have my HD cable working correctly, so I now get to see these in high-def. Amazing detail! I love the snow leopard sequence. The behind-the-scenes stuff at the end of that ep were interesting; the first cameraman who tried to get the footage had the thickest Scots accent. "I'm all set--now all I need are one or two pussycats!" is great to hear in a brogue.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

The redheads were horrible. Just horrible. They NEED to go. I was so embarrassed by their behavior.
