I was so amused that Jeff's sorbet was the favorite of that group. I sadly missed Stefan's expression. (Although I can imagine it.)
Didn't Leah say something about their dish missing some pizzaz? Some crunch or something?
She did -- said it needed more crunch, which I guess they were thinking the cornmeal would provide?

Seriously. People worried about serving sorbet in that set-up, but tempura's no better.

What else could they have done for New? I was thinking of something w/ new potatoes and baby vegetables. I don't know about the protein though.
