Yep, Wikipedia had the answer. (Also, it illustrated that the only four people to win an elimination challenge were the four finalists!!)
Jen, Michael, Mike all won a chip in a Quickfire challenge, and Kevin took the chip instead of immunity when he won. Also, in the Restaurant Wars round, the team of Jen, Mike, Laurine, and Kevin gambled their winning money on winning the war, but lost it all to Michael in the elim challenge.

Huh. I hadn't noticed that.
I have had so many negative experiences with people with the first name of Michael that it took until the recent three years when I have a friend named Michael that I let go of my initial wariness at meeting Michaels.
That's funny -- I feel like half of the guys I have known in my life have been named Michael.
Michael was the #1 name in the country for about 40 years from the 50s on.

I had a lot of Davids and a LOT of Erics. Four of my closest friends over the years (two of whom I'm still close with) were Erics, and I knew even more.
The other name I have wariness with is "Kevin." In person, I have yet to meet a Kevin who hasn't been a major asshole.
I'm looking for a good Kevin.
Chris and Jason - At one point in college I knew 6 Jasons.

I know a few!! There are some, I promise!
All the guys in my high school were Matt.
