I happen to be very biteable, pal. I'm moist and delicious.

information libertarian

It took me two watches of the group number to recognize *Russell* - you'd think being one of two black guys on the show, the only person with braids, and one of my favorites would have helped me, but no.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

SYTYCD: Not surprised about Kevin. I will miss his solos and his pretty.

Glad they saved Karen. But, her solo was a hot mess.

Channing? Not going to miss her, but wish they had booted Mollee instead. Mollee is a hair flinging mess and the more I see her, the more I so so do not like her. At all. She annoys me a whole lot.

Victor's solo was annoying. Kat said exactly what I was thinking last night:

Three "reach out plaintively" moments in a row? Really, Victor? Really?

I liked what Nigel said to Victor about it not being "America's Favorite Pirouetter"!

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Glad they saved Karen. But, her solo was a hot mess.

amen. but they were very clear that it was not about the solos. All of the men had strong solos (plaintive reaching out aside)

Because books.

TC: I'd never heard of the Bocuse D'Or, and until I saw it on the screen, I thought they were all mispronouncing "beaucoup". Oops.

What a challenge! Like Jen said, way to give them one day to do what people train years for. That said, I think they all did pretty well under those circumstances. I was really unsure who was going home until the end, too, although I did figure it wouldn't be Kevin.

And yay Kevin! I'm rooting for him all the way now, although I wouldn't be unhappy if Bryan or Jen took it. Michael has finally worn on me -- the attitude is a little too obstinate younger brother at this point.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

TC: I wonder if the rumor that one of the obvious 4 were going home was a foiler to keep people interested or means that Jen is out after the elimination quickfire.

Can it be Mike instead? Please?

This season has not done the name Michael any benefits, I tell you what.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

I had it throughout (ads too). It looked like it had been letterboxed, but vertically instead of horizontally, at least for me.

Oh, mine eventually fixed itself, although I can't remember at what point. But the only thing I care about on the results show is the opening number, so that was a bummer. Luckily, it was mostly in frame.

I find it near impossible to figure out who is who in the group numbers, it looks like more dancers than there are on the show.

Yeah, I can watch them multiple times and still have no idea.

Was this the first money award that Kevin won in a quickfire? I know that Jen got one back in the beginning, and I believe one of the V brothers got one, but can't remember how many of those $10K chips the M resort handed out this season.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

TC: I'd never heard of the Bocuse D'Or, and until I saw it on the screen, I thought they were all mispronouncing "beaucoup". Oops.

Oh, if you can catch the competition on TV some time, you totally should. It's been years, but I think I've seen it on PBS. That's some good times.
