Yet another overtime football game which is still playing. They're going to have 60 Minutes and then TAR, so it'll be at least 65 minutes late, and that's if the game ends in the next minute or so.

Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
Bills just caught the ball on the 4 yard line, but it's under review by the officials.
ETA: incomplete play, so they're nowhere near the end zone. Damnit!
Thanks Kathy!
Bills just won! 60 Minutes is due to start in a few minutes, so TAR should be on by 8:15 (central time).
"chocolate melts in the sun"
what the fuck? Um.
Wait, they don't get/have to actually ski?
Wow. Finally, Lance and Keri are gone.
(And I cannot believe the show started over an hour late.)
I wish that they had to ski. Oh well.
(Doesn't Dubai also have a tennis court on top of some skyscraper? I wish that they had had to play a game on that court.) Dubai is chockful of oddball things.
I hope that Marie and Tiffany are next. I had a crazy moment where I thought that Marie was going to do the water finding challenge but - what was I thinking? Of course, Tiffany did it.
Dubai is like the over-the-top Mary Sue of countries. If you can conceive it, they can probably make it happen. So long as you're a bajillionaire.
I probably shouldn't be astounded by the racers who thought "The Persian Gulf" was a country, but... WE'VE ONLY BEEN INVOLVED IN WARS THERE FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS. How dumb-ass-American can you get, anyway?
Good fakeout on going up The Tallest Building In The World, just to bunch 'em up and keep 'em on their toes. And how dumb-ass does Mika look, because if you've watched past seasons, sometimes half the challenges seemed to involve heights -- did she miss the ones where they rappelled down buildings? Walked out on catwalks over nuclear reactor stacks? Climbed cliffs?
Lance & Keri: in comparison to last week, this was a much-deserved elimination. And despite the fact that I found them pretty unpleasant, they weren't spending their screentime blaming each other for their screwups.
