Art Crawl!!!

True, there is that.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I probably shouldn't be astounded by the racers who thought "The Persian Gulf" was a country, but... WE'VE ONLY BEEN INVOLVED IN WARS THERE FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS. How dumb-ass-American can you get, anyway?

Remember that this is the same group of people who just last week couldn't recognize a photo of Jackie freaking Kennedy.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Lance & Keri: in comparison to last week, this was a much-deserved elimination. And despite the fact that I found them pretty unpleasant, they weren't spending their screentime blaming each other for their screwups.

Yeah, this leg they seemed to get over trying to win and seemed like they were having a better time with each other, so that's something. Although he still wanted to kick the snowman! He's not right.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I was happy to see the teams do their own driving. And getting lost. Ahhh, good times.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

As much as I reallyreally hate Lance, I did laugh when he was wandering in the desert, muttering, "Let's do the Amazing Race! It'll be fun!!!"

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I think I would have "started" the find-the-snowman challenge just to ride the sleds down, then bypassed the snowpiles and gone directly to the snowman building, because "finding" tasks can work out spectacularly badly, historically. But I wouldn't have wanted to miss the slopes in Dubai!

Seriously. More reasons why J and I would never be picked for the race I suppose.

All in all, I've been supremely uninterested in this season.

On the other hand, I am loving Next Iron Chef.

Yeah, I was really surprised how many people picked that one first. And laughed and laughed when the Globetrotters just walked up and picked up the snowman!

And I loved their chest-bump when they came in second.

Poker girls luck turned their way once again, because we know that it can take hours sometimes to get a spare car given to you. Maybe it WAS hours, but it sure didn't seem like their level of fret was that high.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

TAR: OMG "I have an excuse because I'm an Asian woman driver" WTF?!!?? Seriously? Seriously!

Loving the Globetrotters so much. I was shouting at all of them, never take the needle in a haystack tasks. But they always do.

Also, those were some lame ass snowmen. I'm just saying, has no one built a snowman before? Roll it up, peoples, roll it up.

The Miss America knew that the tallest building in the world was in Dubai straight off.

Glad to see Lance gone, but they did okay, and I'm glad they didn't blame each other during their failure. Although I was telling the SO it was clear for a while that they were last, so I think they had time to come to terms with it.
