I got the first shelf up yesterday! The next 5 should go faster.

PT was BRUTAL yesterday. Part of the recovery therapy involves the PT manually working to increase extension and flexion (so how flat the knee gets and how far it can bend). So basically the PT was pushing down on my leg and, even more painfully, in. OW OW OW I was crying, screaming “fuuuuccckkkk” and laughing at the same time. Hopefully it is worth it!!

I woke up and went out the door to let glorious morning sunshine reset my circadian rhythms and bought greens for the pigs and fresh fruit for me. I've had a very good tasty bunch of summer fruit this year. I've really nailed my nectarine ripeness protocol.

Matilda and I split one perfectly ripe nectarine after our bolognese the other night as I explained that Italians traditionally finished their meals with fresh fruit.
