Ooofdah! It will be worth it. You do have to stretch things out and probably breaking down adhesions too.

Mm, that sounds very nice! i have some memory attached to Elizabeth Street but I can't pin it down. I was thinking maybe my grandmother lived there as a child but looking on a map that doesn't seem right. Oh well, regardless of that, good luck with the real estate!
