Two nights in a row!
And her bf is off to a trip to Santa Barbara for five days so I can monopolize her for a bit.
Oooh, doggie, my Realtor just sent me an address from his "drip" - which is real estate listings which are not listed online yet -- and there's a hot one that would work. The listing price is low compared to what it will go for but could still be in our ballpark for Emmett and his gf, Kalena.

Does "condo" in this context mean two apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs?

No, it means you own one floor of a Victorian.
Love Noe Valley!
Love Noe Valley!
They'd be very close to Emmett's first pre-K center, and more importantly, Noe Valley Bakery, home of the world's greatest Cherry Chocolate Bread.
sounds nice.
Mm, that sounds very nice! i have some memory attached to Elizabeth Street but I can't pin it down. I was thinking maybe my grandmother lived there as a child but looking on a map that doesn't seem right. Oh well, regardless of that, good luck with the real estate!

I echo this! Also, now I want Bolognese sauce, but my body’s increasing sensitivity to garlic and tomatoes thwarts me.
ION, I’m on day three of a migraine, and just tealized that I never applied for state FMLA back at the end of April, so I need to call a government office on Monday and hope they feel merciful.
IOON, Interview with the Vampire has been renewed for a fourth season!!! With another name change; it’s now Queen of the Damned. And the full album for The Vampire Lestat has been released to streaming; I immediately bought it, and now I hope for a physical media release.
Woo season 4! I still need to actually watch season 3 but I am confident I will be excited for another once I do
Outlet sale was constantly busy from open until I left at 2. I was at a cash handling register which apparently comes with the perq of a seat but I never had a break in customers to take advantage of it. There was apparently a line to get in an hour and a half before we open which is just ridiculous. I get to do it again tomorrow morning and Sunday evening, I hope my body isn’t too unhappy about that. Have asked for Tuesday off which has not actually been approved but unless it’s specifically denied before then I am taking. Maybe even if it is.
