If you can't automate them for some reason, setting calendar reminders several days in a row in advance of bills being due may be a good way to prompt you.
My life is ridiculously overbooked but everything in my life is on autopay or calendar. I get emails and/or pop up reminders for everything! Take your vitamins comes at 11 am, water the plants comes every Tuesday. All my bills as well as anything I have to remember comes in reminders because my memory banks are all filled up.

Yes! Always a good thing.
Hooray for appreciation of Zen!
I have so many pop-ups and reminders that I sometimes ignore them, is my problem. Need to fix that.
My reminders stay there staring at me until I check them off as done. I'm pretty much screwed without my technology. At least the dog does her own reminding without a popup.
This morning, I did a "due last Friday" task because the reminder popped up. Turns out, I actually did it last week!
...As did the rest of my team, and as a reward, the coordinator brought in the most delicious cookies. OMG. And I'm not just saying that because I haven't had many sweets in the past month.
Obviously Nashville has lost all phone and internet services, so we're just never going to hear whether or not husband got this job.
And I'm not just saying that because I haven't had many sweets in the past month.
I think you're saying it to rub it in to those of us who have no delicious cookies, and no way of getting any because of a meeting in 5 minutes.
I am at the airport...on my way to Dallas, which feels pretty darn ordinary to me...but then I'll get on a flight to Santiago!! Eeeeeee! Managed to just barely fit everything in my backpack and my purse (at least, until I bought a bottle of water). Fingers crossed I don't have to check it at any point.
Gud, everyone has already spoken so eloquently, I will just add my support. Sending you strength.
And Steph, you were so eloquent you made me tear up a bit.
Woot meara! Have a wonderful trip!
