Woes, Dana. I wish they'd let you know there's a hold up, at least! If they said you'd hear by Friday, someone should have at least sent out an apologetic "maybe next week" email or phone call or something.
I got my lunch, hooray! They had a salad on the menu that was basically the burger I wanted on lettuce instead of on a bun + dressing, so I got that. And a milkshake. And when I got there they had a wee sign up saying they temporarily have sweet potato fries so now I want to go back later this week and get those...

Election time in my neighborhood. People were putting up signs for the current state rep at what turned out to be the building of a guy opposing her. Who came out and demanded they stop.
A scuffle ensues and state rep candidate ends up stapled in the forehead from someone's staple gun.
