Early: So is it still her room when it's empty? Does the room, the thing, have purpose? Or do we -- what's the word? Simon: I really can't help you. Early: The plan is to take your sister. Get the reward, which is substantial. 'Imbue.' That's the word.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think if it's not your sharp stick, they might not mind as much.

At least, I'm going forward with that.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Balls. I had a meeting with someone a couple of months ago, and we decided not to do what they wanted.

And I wrote a letter to that effect. Which has been sitting on my boss' desk for over a month, waiting for his signature. I have reminded him of it twice, but still no signature.

So the follow-up meeting with the people who want us to do the thing is tomorrow. And I'm going to have to say in person that we're not going to do the thing, and stop calling us. And I really don't want to.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oh, no good, very bad day, 'Suela.

I've been told that HR frowns on that.

Frowns on it or actually marks against it on your review? Details are important.

I'll check with my boss when she comes back from vacation. Considering the dev in question, she'd probably give me a better review if I did poke him with sharp sticks.

Sharp sticks are an excellent motivational tool. And, if not, shish kabob.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

All being all productive this morning put this afternoon into a stall. No one else is answering so I'm stuck. Ggggr.

K-Bug and bf got a dog. He is a terrior/sheppard mix though K-Bug thinks there is some huskey in there. He is something like 5 months old.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Trying to type around a cat, once again.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Suzi, better they give dog-parenting a go first before they commit further, you know?

I guess. They couldn't afford a pot holder last week but now they can afford a puppy? Whatever. I'm more upset that they aren't planning on puppy manners classes due to the expense. Even when I offered to help pay I got brushed off. Of the many things I've learned from the Buffistas, a big one is about not just puppy training but also owner training.

Our wings are not tired.

Ugh. I hate hearing that. I predict lots of chewed up belongings and an unhappy dog.
