It could completely be my perception, of course, but it seems like so many more people are discovering a sensitivity to gluten than has been the case before now. I'm wondering if one of the causes isn't consistently stressed immune systems, and we're reaching the tipping point of being able to tolerate other stressors. Also, see: asthma.

My doc and I are pretty certain that's what happened in my case. Between the Lyme, cat scratch fever, Bartonella, CFS, the heaps of antibiotics I'm on for all that, and the huge amount of stress that 2011 held for me, my system just flipped out.

mr. flea is on hold with our mortgage company, which somehow accidentally paid $4000 in property taxes out of our escrow account to some random county in GA where house is not located. They cannot seem to grasp that this is THEIR problem and WE should not be required to make up the resulting deficiency in the escrow account. It is such a completely obvious error, clearly theirs, and yet they cannot seem to fix it! ARGH.
Also I had to go out into the hall today to avoid yelling at my boss. Three weeks left - will I make it?

If I could find a study that offers it, I'd volunteer to be (temporarily) infected with intestinal worms, in the hopes that it would get my immune system back in line.
(The worms they use in these studies are a)sterile and b)can't breed in the human gut, so that they only hang around for a little while instead of hanging around forever and ever.)

We just had a lessons learnt meeting, and I felt traditionally attacked (not through any reason of the people there, just me), and at the end of it the testing lead came over to me and put her hand on my shoulder. I tried not to flip my lid, because...work...touching, but when I turned around she simply said "Thank you" and I...it's been a rough day.
We've been informed of when bonuses and raises come out...but as far as I know we haven't been informed of, say, if or how much we get. WHY ARE THEY TORMENTING US?
