Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

It won't look funny, smonster. It's just a sunburn! You will look outdoorsy and all healthy and glowing.

sj, may the right house fall into your lap! Not literally.

Well, it's the farmer's tan I was thinking of. It's impressive for January.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

I won't say how warm it is here, because I still feel cold.

Art Crawl!!!

It was warm enough, i.e, I am dressed warmly enough, that I took off my cardigan at lunch and forgot to put it back on and didn't realize until I got back to my office.

So, not TWO sweater weather.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

We're having freakish weather -- through December and so far in January, it's swung back and forth between the 30s and lower 50s several times. We've had torrential rain as recently as Tuesday, but every time we have that kind of rain, it's never cold enough for it to be snow. We've seriously had maybe 2 days in Nov/Dec/Jan where it's snowed enough to accumulate -- and by "accumulate," I mean less than an inch, which was gone within 24 hours.

This is weird-ass weather. By now we've usually had a fair amount of snow, and then it stays cold enough for the snow to stay on the ground.

It's 25 right now and Sunday is supposed to be 51. FREAKISH.

It's done. We let him go. I think the crew understands, though they are pretty subdued at the moment. Uggh. Kind of feel like barfing and/or crying.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Good job. Hard to do.
