Wow, thanks for all of the suggestions!
I am lunching on TJ's chicken fajita, banana and a square (or two) of milk chocolate. Not a lot of chicken in this fajita, but I'm ok with that.
Since our nights are often spent running to wrestling/soccer/swimming (add in the boy's violin concert tomorrow)--my menu of quick and nutritious meals was getting boring.
Whut? But you're Canadian, brenda! How can that be?
Skipping to thank Sarameg for having my back while assembling wedding pics...I always thought there was an extra little irony in that The Wire took so many shots of that while being defined by another addictive white powder.
I know! But it's nom. It's probably because I never tried the B grade before this.

Any of their nuts or dried fruits, except their pine nuts, which are not from Italy and recently gave me Pine Nut Mouth.
Pine Nut Mouth.
This sounds like something my journal would publish an article about.

I find this whole thing suspect. But now I'm reminded that I have maple syrup, FROM CANADIANA, that therefore didn't cost an arm and a leg, and so I should make waffles or pancakes soon.
For some reason, my family's pretty obsessive about maple syrup. It's the foodstuff we're most likely to import to Jamaica.
Leverage's John Rodgers may have found a new writer.
"Fuckneck" really is pretty awesome.
Man, I've been on hold with the bank for forever.
speaking of jackhole banks. I set up a bill pay wrong, I realize now that I did, but the payment was TOOOO a chase account. So when they took my money and couldn't easily figure out where it was supposed to go, did they call me? send an email? return the payment? Nope, they say they cut a check and mailed it. The payee hasn't received it. PITA. REALLY a PITA because it was $10K!! I am preparing myself to go to a branch in person today to rip some assholes.

Pine Nuts May Be To Blame For That Bitter Aftertaste
I had a mild case, but it wasn't pleasant and I will never buy pine nuts again without checking the origin.
