I've never figured out if I like eggplant. My mother hates it with a passion, so it was never served.
Oooh, I can get conditioner in this scent! I wonder if it would be too strong and end up annoying me like aveda does (I like the scent, but after a few hours, it is just too much and headachy.)

Eggplant seems to me to be like tofu in a way-- it sort of absorbs the flavor of other things.
I also just realized that bejeweled blitz does not actually get Ballroom Blitz stuck in m head, but rather Blitzkreig Bop. My brayne in weird.
My one true food love is Eggplant Parmesan.

I'm not a super-big fan of eggplant but that's probably because the ways I like it best are usually the least healthy. Like breaded and fried. However, my favorite eggplant dish is Bhaingan Bharta (sp?). Ya gotta love Indian food. So heavily spiced it can trick even me into eating vegetables.

Ditto. For the longest time, I have assumed that eggplant has some kind of enzyme or other that is alien to my system. Total rejection response from every part of my body if a piece accidentally wanders into my mouth. Same response to anchovies.
Anchovies, I know I hate. Too fishy. (I don't like the caesar dressing that use them most of the time.)
I like anchovies in small amounts.
I dislike all fruits of the nightshade family, so I assume they have something in common, but eggplant is the worst. Love potatoes, though.

Eggplant pasta salad is a success. I added pine nuts, tomato, crumbled bacon, and capers.
I was unsure of eggplant, but it came in my CSA so I figured I should give it a fair shake. Would make this recipe again, om nom nom.
