All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

You can hide applications. I avoid all mafia hits and lost cows that way.

The new layout just hit my account while I was in tech today, so I haven't had much time to assess it, but I'm not too worried about any changes.

Day 1 of tech was interesting. It seems we're doing a movie. A movie that will be performing live 8 times a week. I do have tix for opening if anyone is interested.

All of the sloppy, slushy puddles are covered with snow such that you can't tell that you are about to step into 8" of freezing water. I'm packing spare socks in the morning.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

True, but you have to do it one-by-one. Each time I hide something ten more appear. If I could just say "don't show me applications" I think I would (though sometimes its fun to comment even if I never join them).

Snowverkill has dropped about 4-5 inches of the white stuff this morning. The total accumulation is not as much as I expected, but it is icy, heavy stuff and a snowball to the face would draw blood. Because the baby was up at 4 am, I have already shoveled the walks (not attempting the driveway).

The dog is slowly going insane, but yesterday I bought a marrow bone and a new toy for her and those should help slow the process.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

We actually had an earthquake here this morning. An earthquake! 4.5 or thereabouts. It hit out towards where Sumi is, so she might have felt something. What's with all this shifty-crazy weather and stuff?

I think MiracleMan must be testing the transporter. We've got Buffalo's weather and you've got LA's earthquakes.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

We didn't get much snow overnight, but now it's starting to pick up: [link]
