We're still working on a plan, but so far it involves being sent to prison and becoming somebody's bitch.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

My parents were supposed to come visit this weekend. Depending on the snow situation, they might reschedule.

Because books.

I actually like some of the changes. Makes some things easier and quicker to access.

Well, that would be awesome, if it actually worked. Half the posts in my feed disappeared and reappeared in the wrong order all day.

What Amy said.

It's actually raining now. I don't think this is good.

Our wings are not tired

I figure facebook is going through some growing pains with changing the interface and it will pass. I also don't pay for the service so I just kinda live with whatever happens. I have a hard time getting worked up over free websites.

It's just raining here. Unless it sticks to rain and gets above freezing, I am dreading the shovel-out even worse.

I am bored enough that I'm attempting to make my own tofu. Burmese chickpea tofu, according to the recipe, though I have no idea how authentic it is. It's a several day process, but hey, I've got time.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

this neighborhood is better than any neighborhood east or west that I have been in . My folks seem to find neighborhoods wherever they land.

I come from CT . My power bills are cheaper, but then again , no winter to speak of. And I have someone that hates to be cold in this house. We mved to this house at the time of the fun and games. I know I pay less than when we first moved in. Since we had a smartmeter installed, I have seen the money go down more.

and I am hoping the eastern storm was over estimated

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

On Facebook I miss being able to check just "status updates" and maybe "photos" and "links" when I've been gone for a while.

Because when there's 300+ messages? I do not care about people's friends, groups, causes, or imaginary livestock.
