Gavin, ask yourself this question. What are you more afraid of, a giant murderous demon or me?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

Vortex (and others) please add my Flickr name - tortoiseshell. Thanks!

I did get the guest invite and saw the beautiful baby. I think it is easier on parents to have the big hearty variety. They don't seem as breakable. The birthing part though - ouch!

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

My oldest nephew was born two weeks late (ended up a c-section due to the inducing not working), and was born 10 lbs 14 oz. Ouch. His two sibs were both scheduled sections, so they were born two weeks early, and were still 9 lbs 6 oz and 9 lbs 9 oz. Again, ouch.

My SIL's older sister's two kids were both over 11 lbs, and were both natural childbirth. Double ouch.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I love my daughter and would have gone to any lengths to bring her into the world. However. I have distinct issues with blowing out my vagina because of a baby when there are other delivery options.

“Not dead yet!”

Anyone else get the mental image of Aims' vagina blowing up like a balloon and carrying her away? Just me?

Right then.

Carry on.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

The male hooded seal blows out the lining of his nasal cavity and inflates it like a balloon. Then he waves it around to get attention.

The status is NOT quo.

Welcome HUMONGOUS baby! Wow, he is a bruiser for a newborn. Cute as a button, though!

So my grandmother went into the hospital yesterday for some sort of heart incident. My mom called after ten hours in the ER. They think she's going to be okay, but we'll know more today. The woman's pretty healthy for 96, but she's still 96. Health~ma for her would be appreciated. I just hope nothing happens while I'm at sea this summer and can't get back to help Mom.

In happier news, I bought a wedding dress yesterday! Ended up with a gorgeous Paloma Blanca gown (let's hear it for sample sales!). If you'd like to see it, go to here, click on "gown collection," and scroll down until you get to style #3966. (Drew, don't look at this link if you don't want to be spoiled!)

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Ooh, very nice dress, Kristin!

(Don't spoil yourself, Drew!)

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I have seen footage of this and am continually amazed that any baby hooded seals are ever concieved. It is not an attractive courtship ritual.

ION, JPMorgan credit card access can kiss my ass! Every time I log in to check the account (which is roughly once a month to review charges), I have to change my password. EVERY TIME! Yes, it is frustrating, and annoying. It's not like I can make purchases through the portal. It's not like I can change the address or spending limit through the portal (all that is only allowed to accounting dept). :: shakes wee fist at JPM ::
