Stephenie, perhaps you could pour Kahlua or something over the ice cream - really, this calls for serious self-medication.
Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Skippity-skip to say CONGRATS GC!!! I'm so happy for you and your DW! I hope the sproglet treats you well and that you have an easy pregnancy and delivery.
Raq, how are your boys doing? and how are YOU doing?
Just saw GlamCookie's news and had to skip to say WOOOOOHOOOOO! I am so happy! Glambaby!

Well, I added chocolate chips, but I do also like to put amaretto on my ice cream. Sadly, they don't go as well together. I've spent the last hour outside trying to de-dirt our all-tile backyard, while throwing away stuff that has disintegrated from sun exposure and rinsing off the pots I want to take. I got lazy with the pool/beach toys and just threw them in the pool.
I'm glad you had some ice cream Stephanie. The attack on the old man sounds really nasty.
I wish this terrible sea-sick feeling would go away already. Argh.

It will (but I know it can't be soon enough).

GC, Trader Joe's has some triple-ginger snaps that are awesome for nausea; little bite sized cookies in a big plastic tub, usually with the other tubs of cookies on the shelves over the frozen food section.
Also, sometimes a mid-morning protein/fat infusion, like a little bag of peanuts or cashews, can take the edge off.
And eventually it passes. But, ugh, it's no fun.
