I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

And who the hell are these random judges? Where is the fabulously sexy Nigel Barker? Where is Nole Marin? Kimora Lee Simmons was on this show?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Survivor- I am pretty sure that the only way JT would have not won is if he died before final TC.

Speaking of final TC, that was a tense one, surprisingly free from insane loser sermonizing.

Anyone watching the Idol finale?

I am. This is the first episode I've seen all the way through this season. I'm not as in awe of Adam as I feel I'm supposed to be.

I missed the first part of his second song. I thought his first performance of Mad World was better (it was just him on a chair).

In getting caught up on the Adam vs. Kris thing I decided I was in the Kris camp. That being acknowledged, my money's on Simon declaring Adam wins this round.

Last week Adam demonstrated he should not be allowed to sing U2. This week, Adam demonstrated that he should not be allowed to sing Sam Cooke. Could we please go back to Led Zeppelin?

That said, I do like him, and think he will win.

I think Adam peaked a bit too early. Either that or the fatigue of hearing his praises all the time has set in. I thought since the beginning it would be Adam in the finale and I think now, I want Kris to win.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

They're both very different types of performers. Both of whom I'd love to listen to at any time depending on the mood I'm in. I'd love to have a blues/rock album by Adam and a folk/rock album by Kris. It's a shame one has to win, because I consider them both winners at what they're best at.
