No. You're missing the point. The design of the thing is functional. The plan is not to shoot you. The plan is to get the girl. If there's no girl, then the plan, well, is like the room.

Thrive to spite them

He did a really good job. His song choices and arrangements are a big reason why I like him better than Danny and now I want to hear a Kris and Adam finale because I think it would be really interesting.

Danny is nice and safe and he can sing but... the big question at work today (among the Idol watchers) was -- what kinda album would Danny make? None of us could figure it out. Kris's I could imagine original songs, some covers (maybe) a mix of guitar and piano and something different. Adam is...well Adam and his cd would be him, maybe something theatrical or glam rock esque.

But Danny? I'm not sure. Ballads? Inspirational songs?

information libertarian

Danny is 100% contemporary Christian soft rock. Easy-peasy, and he'd sell, too. Just not to me.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

or me. I can't stand Danny. He did a nice job with song #2, but no one who ruined his rock song last week should be allowed in the final 2 or should win AI. No.

Because books.

Danny chose the wrong song last week, I admit. But I could see him doing a Joe Cocker type rock album, or some Bob Seger type of ballads.

Kris I can see doing the Jason Mraz/Matt Nathanson type of thing.

I'd buy either of them, or at least listen.

Adam can sing, yes, but those falsetto things in every song drive. me. crazy. I see him, and I see Broadway, or Vegas.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Gotta admit, I wasn't thrilled with any of the songs tonight. Maybe Kris's "Heartless," but that's it.

The Biggest Loser winner is TOO SKINNY! And that kid, now that he's lost weight, looks like a tall Michael Cera. Adorable!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Paulina Porizkova was apparently fired from Top Model!! [link] I guess we'll be back to Twiggy-style lameness next "cycle."

OH NO!!!

Yeah, although, I can see taking off too much if it means you win that much money and then getting back to a healthier weight. I thought Tara looked great though. I can't believe how fast she did that marathon last week!

This. Even if I don't always like Kris or Adam's arrangements, at least they don't butcher notes.

And, once again Adam gets screwed time-wise.
