It's good to have cargo. Makes us a target for every other scavenger out there, though, but sometimes that's fun too.

Punishingly Intricate

I said "yeah, for a second I thought that I might get invited backstage, but he probably wouldn't have let me bring you" He replied "I would have killed you if you had said no" That's a good friend.

Sweet! Heck yeah you would have had to go!

A friend of mine made hats for him back in the 90s.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

A friend of mine made hats for him back in the 90s.

Is that what the kids were calling it back then?

Art Crawl!!!

Jockeys: Oh that was fun. I'm going to watch it again. They picked a nice cross section of jockeys AND we get to see Zenyatta.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

ABDC: I can't believe Fly Khicks are still in at the cost of Ringmasters and we're not going to get to see Ringmasters do magic. But I have to say they put on a pretty good show last night. Overall, though, I think all the lame dances were still lame dances. Funny, though! And Quest Crew's stall...what? That was amazing.

That's pretty much all I was going to say. But I do love the diversity of the crews this season - it's living up the ads before the first season much better than in the last two seasons.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh, I forgot about the jockeys! I need to set my tivo.

Yeah, I agree about the diversity. It's one of the things that really surprised me and I just love. I used to say that when I taught a dance seminar, how cool it was that everybody dances, pretty much. I've never been able to come up with a culture group that doesn't, so it's awesome to see that represented in the different styles and influences in this particular more limited genre.

Art Crawl!!!

Liese S. - this week's episode is repeating tomorrow night. (And several times thereafter.)

Also, randomly I hear that Radiohead are performing at the Grammys - have you guys heard that?

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

They are up for album of the year, so I think I'd be a little surprised if they didn't play the Grammies.

Hey, my DVR picked up a "Meet the Models" half-hour on Make Me a Supermodel.
