Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
I loved Nigel and the Debbie Allen Dance Academy dancers. And Miss Debbie Allen is right, as always. All of the judges should show and prove.
Mary wasted her pick. So sad. It's not So You Think You Can Stand.
Who were the ugly little boys and why couldn't they sing at all? Huh.
Who were the ugly little boys and why couldn't they sing at all? Huh.
This year's Hanson.
Oh my stars. Why is Miss Debbie Allen so fabulous? That said, what a wasted pick. DwDD. Really? The non-Waltz Waltz? To one of the schmaltziest Celine songs ever - and that's saying a lot? Oh, Miss Debbie Allen. How could you be so wrong and so right all at the same time?
No Sabra? No Danny? Heidi?
Aww so good to see some of the kids again. I hope they bring more of them back to perform more often. Some of them seem to have gotten a lot better, too, which is nice. (Hunchback, I'm looking at you) I didn't even hate Misha Chan in that.
This year's Hanson.
So that's what the kids like these days? Again, I say, huh.
And the winner is . . . Joshua!! Yay! I can be happy about this.
Aww, Josh is such a sweetie. Love him.
Thank you, America.
(I always hate Misha Chan.)
Yay, Joshua!
I'm going to be curious to see which way the judges skew next year, now that we've made Nigel's dream come true.
Joshua winning is of the good.
