Aww so good to see some of the kids again. I hope they bring more of them back to perform more often. Some of them seem to have gotten a lot better, too, which is nice. (Hunchback, I'm looking at you) I didn't even hate Misha Chan in that.

This year's Hanson.

So that's what the kids like these days? Again, I say, huh.

And the winner is . . . Joshua!! Yay! I can be happy about this.

Aww, Josh is such a sweetie. Love him.

Thank you, America.

Yay, Joshua!

I'm going to be curious to see which way the judges skew next year, now that we've made Nigel's dream come true.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I missed everything last night, and didn't pay attention to the fact that there were 4 hours of SYTYCD this week, so... that was all kind of a blur of dogs and red-white-and-blue and the dancing! But YAY Josh! He's always been my favorite.

I just saw this elsewhere: that popper Robert in an extended IKEA commercial. Fun! [link]

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

I'm sorry, but Chelsie is a hellova lot better Latin dancer the MM.

Although I did realize watching Mary & Dimitri how close the feet and legs should be in that dance. Wow.

Where's Danny's $50K? Or Donyelle's? Melody's anyone? I like Katee as much as the next person, but the whole premise of the show is that you have one winner.

Maybe they gave it to her for all the work she had to do tonight. How many of the favorite dances included her? It seemed like half. Thank goodness it was at least Joshua who won, although I was sad to see him take the God route.

Loved seeing dancers from former seasons. But the years have not been kind to Allison.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Argh. Something went wrong with my recording, and I missed about 1:15-1:50 of SYTYCD. What happened after the Rabbitt dance? I know who won, but I missed the Katee stuff.

Megan, if you still have it Tivoed, can we watch it on Saturday or something?
