They destroyed that Dave Scott hip hop and in turn were destroyed by the crack addled monkeys in charge of wardrobe. I felt like I was watching some horrible sci-fi B movie that someone filmed in their parent's basement. And the make up on Comfort was criminal.
I thought it looked like they were dressed for a
Flight of the Conchords
video.
Twitch's solo was great, but I think Gev and Josh are the stronger dancers coming out of the hip hop/b-boy genre. I never like Comfort's solos, but I think she's been getting better each time. I think she may actually have done enough to eke past Kherington tonight. That would be lovely.
Yes to all of this.
If Mark goes home, I will cry and cry. His solo was interesting and he has the best musicality of any of the dancer's left (even will, IMHO). Although he seriously needs to leave the Queen alone.
And this. It looked like that was just a later point in the same routine he did in Vegas.

Exactly. And since I have obssessively looked for his videos on You Tube, I know he's a great choreographer with a number of short, DoD worthy pieces in his back pocket. Why he keeps repeating the same solo is baffling to me.
On PR, I loved the skirt on the winner's dress but did not enjoy the top (neither the burned coffee filters nor whatever was going on with the gold accents at the waist). I loved the yellow dress and didn't so much care about the use of the table cloth because I thought the finished product was striking. I actually preferred it without all of the veggies on the collar (although I see why Korto made the choice to add them) Conceptually, I loved the cup dress and it looked great on the mannequin but terrible on the model. (Understandably, there was no movement to the dress). I thought the bottom three were wholly justified. The trash bag dress was hideous. And who doesn't know that normal strength kitchen garbage bags are paper thin? If she wanted to go for the whole vinyl pants look, why not grab some industrial strength Hefty Bags? I don't know what was going on with the white lab coat. The "dress" underneath was ridiculous, but I think I may have been most disturbed by the gloves. Huh? Why? For me the worst by a mile was the Oompa Loompa's girlicious (and does someone watch too much UPN?). I think I actually said the words "That crotch is insane" when I saw her coming down the runway. And he's so annoying. Was very sad to see him not go. (Although I did have a small moment of happiness at his hanging around when I realized that at some point, he was going to make Tim utter the phrase "Holla at ya boy" and that is going to slay me!) Thought everyone else was fairly forgettable except for the hottie with the tatto on his shoulder. Yes, please!
It was so much fun to see Austin again, too. I thought the whole judges panel was on fire last night. They had their knives out from the very beginning, just the way I like it.

Yeah, her boobs were just kind of floating around with no support, and her waist needed more definition.
Yeah, I will be REALLY sad if Mark goes home just because he had a bad week. I feel like the judges really have it in for him. And I think you're right--Twitch probably deserved to go home more, but I'd send Gev home first. Hmph.
I know there's been mixed reaction to the Desmond Richardson piece, but I found it gorgeous
Really?!? Mixed how!? I thought it was amazing and beautiful, and thought it was rigged, because there was no way Desmond Richardson would've been choreographing that piece for anyone else on the show besides Will. Seriously.
I think she may actually have done enough to eke past Kherington tonight. That would be lovely.
I thought she was better than Kherington tonight, but I'm doubting she'll make it past, really.
Country two-step is an unfamiliar (and incredibly hard by the looks of it) dance style
I think it's only hard if you're doing it with Kherington. If he'd been doing it with Chelsie, it would've looked great.

This is probably so very true. I feel like Kherington was completely exposed last night for the mediocre dancer she truly is. She's an awful follow. She had no connection to Mark whatsoever. And she wasn't all that great in the dance. I'm really hoping the underdog factor can propel Comfort past her tonight (although I suspect you're right and she just might not have the fan base for it).
Really?!? Mixed how!?
I've just seen here and there folks who really just were not wowed by it. It blew me away, but I know that others were kinda cool on the whole thing - the choreography, the music selection and the performance in general. I loved it to bits, all of it. I mean, they used D'Archie!
Oh, I wasn't wowed by the music choice, but other than that, I loved it!!
Hung makes it to the semi-finals in a prestigious chef contest.
(Okay, I don't totally understand what the Bocuse d'or is but it appears to be an international contest of chefs.)

oh yeah, it's huge. It is THE cooking competition. Isn't it the one where some American chef won with fried chicken?

Well...fried chicken is pretty freaking good if done right.
They are in a tizzy because one of the participants (a chef from Craft) withdrew.
I would not know about the fried chicken - because I had not heard of this before today.
