"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I do think it's hilarious that the big moment of suspense we have to wait for is who gets stuck with Matt and who gets stuck with Jen.

Oh good lord! What is Cat wearing? There is no excuse.

Dancing twice! Poor babies. And why is NappyTab on the panel? They were hella boring during the auditon rounds.

JessiWill and Jive? I'm not looking forward to it.

As usual, he was way better than she was. The choreo was not all that challenging. I'm thinking of the Danny/Anya jive (which is maybe unfair b/c that was Anya's specialty) and it was much more difficult. Further, I don't think Jessica can do lifts. It's almost like she doesn't trust her partner or she doesn't know how to hold her own weight in the lifts so that the partner has to do all of the work.

Great critiques from Nigel and Mary. NappyTab? Useless, as uusual.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I just saw an ad on TLC that Tabitha and Napoleon are doing a show where they choreograph couple for their first wedding dance. That makes more sense.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I think that jessica has dragged Will down. I think that she would have been off the show if she hadn't been with Will.

they just interrupted the Comfort/thane dance that was going pretty well I thought. What did the judges say?

Comfort and Thayne

Who is this fool choreographer? Well, at least it's not Tyce.

They were much better than I thought they would be. Thayne was much better than he has been these past couple of weeks. Comfort struggled a little bit with the heels, but she did get the characterization right. And Thayne needs to stop trying to sell the chemistry. No one's buying. Once again, the choreo was a little bit basic. Thayne's part was more demanding.

I agreed with Nigel. Again. He's a little bit harsh, but he's right. Comfort has no spark as a dancer. And Thayne's a workhorse and he's good, but not great.

Matt/Kourtni

Ugh. That was so bad. Painful bad. They were so pulled up all. the. time. Looked just like two contemporary dancers trying to do hip-hop. I did like the choreography this time. These two are just bland. Blah. Blah. Blah.
