Tara: Do you have any books on robots? Giles: Oh, yes, dozens. There's a lot of research to be done in order to--no, I'm lying. Haven't got squat. I just like watching Xander squirm.

Yeah, after Vegas I just couldn't be a fan, but she keeps managing to hold her own each week, so I can't keep hating on her tooooo much. I want to. But I can't.

I was, however, very surprised when the straight guy in the room thought she was hot, last night (I was watching with my sister, four gay men, and one straight guy). I don't find her at all attractive. I mean, obviously nothing wrong with her body (what with all of them being dancers).

Actually, I realized last night that she has very unattractive legs (for a dancer). The more I looked at them, the more the proportions and shape just seemed all wrong. I guess I never noticed before because it's the first time she's been in a dress.

Huh. Now I'll have to look closer at her legs! I was mostly just looking at her face and not being impressed!

She reminds me of Shannon Dougherty (sp?) from 90210. Who I never particulary liked, either.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Just now watching SYTYCD from last night: Wow, I was really not impressed with the Chelsie/Mark number, but maybe that's just because it was billed as hip-hop.

Mostly I'm just glad Melanie was wearing a color! (Stacy and Clinton would be proud.)

I thought of that too--'cause last time she was on I made the comment to my sister that I guess she had gone back to her schlumpy black ways.

It also prompted me to start rewatching WNTW because I've fallen off the wagon a bit myself.

Okay, Cat, give the shell back to the oyster. His pearl is getting cold and it looked better on him than it does on you.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

Sexy Motherfucker! Mark just turned it out in that group dance. Wow, that was amazing.

Just when I think I can't love Mark anymore, he finds a way to get even more awesome.

And Mary looks (dare I say it?) normal tonight.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

When they started coming out, I totally thought it was going to be a Wade number, and suddenly had this vision of Wade and Miss J from Top Model going on and on about how they love the broken-down dolls.

Oh, also, I was talking to people I didn't know last night, and for whatever reason, needed to make a SYTYCD analogy, and the guy I was talking to was all, "Oh -- I watch America's Best Dance Crew." So then we tried to do dance crew gang signs unsuccessfully.
