"We have trust issues." Mylar

flea, I did skip Stefano which I didn't even realize last night and is sad for this show on many levels since I think he was the only other one besides Pia who was even decent last night. Anyway, I thought he was fine. A little sharp in places and biffed the last note something fierce, but he choose a great song that was suited to his voice (which so many of these kids fail to do week in and week out and really they should be able to do it even more so this year than last since they have Jimmy IV and all those guest super star producers) and he's a cutie and his dad was weepy and adorable and he got to give his mom a hug so on a so so night, that makes him all good.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Survivor-- Rob switching out the clue to the HII while still making Grant think he was helping him 100%--brilliant. I mean, that is playing the motherfucking game.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Totally. I was laughing my ass off when he was doing that.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Finally watching Top Chef. So, Mike continues to be a dick, shocker. Of course, as I see the NASSAU yacht club, I wonder if it has any members of color. Padma is the darkest person at the table. Ugh.

I wonder if Isabella is still in DC? If he is, I'm going to go down there and kick his ass in the face! And I hate going to DC!

Yes, he is. I saw him a few months ago. Ugh.

This is some BULLSHIT. Richard disrespected the protein, his lobster was both under and overcooked. BULLSHIT.

Mike's assholishness was on full display this week, for sure.

That said, I think he might have been the only one who didn't have environment related flaws with his food. Antonia had unevenly cooked protein as well, and then of course Tiffany's lukewarm soup.

From the teaser for next week, I'm going to guess (based on pure speculation) that they're giving the winner a slot on the upcoming TC Masters.

Right? I was giving the tv the side eye about this. I mean where are they? Not Montana.

Oh hell yes, I forgot about that. That was an awful lot of white at that table, and I don't mean the linen.
