I was positive it would be Dale going. Oversalting something is usually the kiss of death on this show, isn't it?
Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own

I thought so. It is funny that no blogs are available for this ep.
I just read the blogs! Bourdain is away, but Tom and Gail blogged. Gail said that Carla will be on Fallon tonight, too.
I went to Tom's blog and it was still last week's.
Damn Bravo.
Do you have it bookmarked? Maybe try just going to bravotv.com and trying that? That's what I did.
well, apparently they must have posted it this morning and not last night.
damn Bravo.
Last night's ep had a lot of good stuff in it. I loved Carla's reactions, first to finding out she got chicken pot pie, and then to her win, and the beef tongue song was one of the best things EVAH on this show. My favorite moment, though, was when someone at the table asked Colicchio about his reaction to Carla's dish, and he just answered (with his mouth full), "I'm busy eating!" That's the kind of reaction all of these chefs are craving, I'm sure.

That made me laugh and laugh.

As did that.
Yeah, I loved that. . . and the beef tongue song.
I loved that the beef tongue song was in 3 parts so they could all sing one part. I was laughing so hard. Also? Jimmy Fallon was pretty cute all the way thru with his fanboy-ishness.
