But both of the heads of the teams picked the women last. That pissed me off considering how well the women who remain have been doing!
Marcel described himself as being considered "diabolical." He really has no conception of how he is really perceived -- as being supremely annoying. Not evil.
Honestly, with this quality of chefs, I don't know how you get to pick your team for Restaurant Wars and not pick Fabio first.
Also, is it just me, or is Angelo way more sympathetic this time around?
God, I was so scared that the diners would pick Marcel's restaurant, given how much the editing showed the judges loving Bodega and the repetition of how FOR THE FIRST TIME the diners were picking the winning team.
Yeah, the editing monkeys were really working hard at that. I was surprised when Tom mentioned how few picked Marcel's.

He did try - but then Marcel just snapped at him.

Yep, and then he gave up. They needed a Fabio, who was able to handle Dale's outburst about the servers so much better.
I loved the way Fabio handled that - Dale may have been the team captain but Fabio was really in charge.
