"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Jess, did you see the latest South Park about the Food Network? It's ridiculous and, yet, hilarious.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Next season is in HD.

And Fan Favorites! Or whatever.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

No, but that sounds like something I should check out. (I don't watch South Park unless an ep is specifically recommended to me.)

The promo for next season was kind of confusing, I thought. Half the clips were from the season that just ended, and I can't imagine the cast is going to be THAT skewed.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I missed the entire last half of this season, but I`m glad the doctors won.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

The selection of teams really did look rather skewed.

I'd hve given anything to have the Clowns back.

Still, it should be interesting to see some of the teams who deserved a second shot back!

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Sing-off

Well, the Committed boys brought it, but I think it`s clear to me at this point that Streetcorner Symphony are far and away my favorite. I still love the redemption story of the Persuasions guy, but he doesn`t need to win; at this point his career is momentarily rekindled regardless.

Because books.

Streetcorner Symphony is my favorite, too, by a lot. And my least favorite is the Backbeats. I'm not sure what they're still doing there, because they always sound too ... contrived? Over-produced, if that's possible? (Maybe I should say over-arranged.)

I am sorry Groove For Thought went home, but "Changes" really isn't a hard rock song, and I think that counted against them.
