I mean, perhaps I wasn't paying attention, but they clearly didn't make it a big dramatic thing.

Do I have to say how disappointed I am that nobody knew who Sancho Panza was?
Other than that, it was a much better finale than some.

Yeah, that was depressing. Especially the doctors! Not that you'd read Don Quixote in med school, but still. Educated people should know stuff!
They mentioned once before that Kat was diabetic, but it definitely wasn't made into a huge deal.
