That jive was a mess! The music and the dancing! And the judges liked it? WTF?
Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
quester!
I was just getting ready to say that.
In all my days of watching dancing on tv, I've never see the jive done with high kicks. That was very interesting.
That was AWFUL. Cutting up the song that way didn't help, either.
No, it was was so painful, I went and read a mocking review of Chris Pine's straight to video "Small Town Saturday Night." Much more interesting and it made me laugh for the right reasons.
I know I missed his season, but I really don't like Dominic at all. He seems entirely too in love with himself and the camera.
I guess Anya can't work miracles after all.
The guy/guy stuff has been cute tonight. I really wasn't overwhelmed by the baseball number but it was ok, and b-boy number was a little weird with the sword in the stone but danced well.
Hilariously, watching the baseball, I was thinking, Hey! Tyce does something that's not Fosse! ....And then Adam told me it was actually the other side of Fosse.
I loved Boogie Shoes!!
That is all.
Oh, that's not all, I just remembered the Travis Wall number. Which I had forgotten. Which is sad because it was so emotional. But I did forget it. Sad now.
So adorable! So easy. Not that the dance wasn't hard -- they just made it feel so light and fun. Good times.

Too bad he's such a douche, because he really is a great dancer. Also, he should spend less time on his hair.
Also, I love that they put Robert in a Travis outfit for that piece.
