Riley: Oh, yeah. Sorry 'bout last time. Heard I missed out on some fun. Xander: Oh yeah, fun was had. Also frolic, merriment and near-death hijinks.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hilariously, watching the baseball, I was thinking, Hey! Tyce does something that's not Fosse! ....And then Adam told me it was actually the other side of Fosse.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I loved Boogie Shoes!!

That is all.

Oh, that's not all, I just remembered the Travis Wall number. Which I had forgotten. Which is sad because it was so emotional. But I did forget it. Sad now.

So adorable! So easy. Not that the dance wasn't hard -- they just made it feel so light and fun. Good times.

I know I missed his season, but I really don't like Dominic at all. He seems entirely too in love with himself and the camera.

Too bad he's such a douche, because he really is a great dancer. Also, he should spend less time on his hair.

Also, I love that they put Robert in a Travis outfit for that piece.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Dominic is a skeevy douche. Also possibly the only one to give another contestant a concussion by dropping her on her head from an overhead lift during dress. Okay, they never said she got a concussion but I've gotten them from smaller impacts than that.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Boogie Shoes was probably one of my favorite numbers so far this season. So loose and breezy, and so much fun to watch.

The Travis Wall number was emotional, but I felt like I could see the anvil sitting over my head, waiting to drop. Yes, I get it--we're supposed to have our emotions heightened! I just felt manipulated at the end of it.

I'm hoping that Robert and Jose join Ashley this week. The late-in-the-week partner substitute on the disco number must have been hard for him, but he definitely lacked the weight that Mia talked about. Jose--honey, you're cute and give good angst face, but that dancing just wasn't there. As for the b-boy moves, I think you got dominated by Dominic.

Lauren did what she was supposed to in the Tahitian number (and I give the show props for trying out a new form of dance), and she nailed the Boogie Shoes number with Billy. Billy tried with the jive, but the dark pants meant that I couldn't see the leg movement as well as I would have liked, and I kept getting distracted by the horrible editing on the song.

Kent and Adechike had the best week, I think. Both of them did well with their all-star partners (and, yes, Tyce was ripping off Fosse yet again--big surprise!!). I really liked the samba with Anya that Adechike did, much more than I thought I would. Kent nailed that Broadway number. And their contemporary piece was the best of the night, better than Travis's, IMO.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

TC: OK, I can say for sure now that I want Angelo GONE!!!! Seriously, dude? "I've had crabs." WTF!?!?!?!?!?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I actually had to rewind to make sure he said that. I can only hope that the editors cut the part where he busted out with a big goofy grin to indicate he was deadpan joking.

Also, could he BE more in love with himself? When he was talking about whatshername, he kept going on about how sexy he found her because she reminded him of himself! Also the whole sexy duck prep monologue, so skeevy.

I was afraid that Kenny was going to come off as a dick with the whole trying to out-alpha Angelo, but it was more or less OK. What a freaking fustercluck that whole challenge was.

This season isn't really doing it for me at all. The challenges are weird, and everything seems in service of heightening all the inter-contestant tension bitching and interpersonal shit that is SO Housewives of New Jersey or whatnot.

I gave up watching the ep of TC. I couldn't take the yelling.

SYTYCD: Lauren is holding her own against the boys. I do hope Ashley survives the week. I'd rather see Jose or Robert go home. Jose is a cutie, but he got out danced by everyone else tonight. Robert just doesn't work for me.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh lord. I just started watching so I'm behind and guessing. But it's no mystery. The calibre of chefs compared to last season? Whoa. Last season, there were the Vs, Kevin, even Mike I, but probably another 4 chefs who were a step down from those. None of these people would last a day against those. Angelo (hate) and maybe another or two could fight it out with the lower 4, but seriously. This is not remotely on the same level.
