Oh, megan and anyone else - Rickey.org is very consistent in having all the numbers up in order the next day.

Thanks so much!!

Alexie

Seriously? That sucks.

The video also had the Beat Freaks and Probiotix. I think that there was another crew, some of the dancers looked kind of familiar, but I couldn't identify the crew.

The Twyla Tharp number was amazing, but felt really misogynistic to me.

I wasn't surprised that Alexie went home. Her dance for her life was uninspired. It was very weak.

Also, watching Top Chef DC and the first diner they talked to was my friend Kevin!

She looked like she could take him in a fight, totally contrary to the choreography!

Totally--I had issues with that choreo, or the character/acting, or something, possibly because I've gotten so used to getting a "story" from the stuff we see, and some of it was so realistically acted with the fighting between them and then seconds later she'd be doing very non-fighty dancing moves, and it was too fast a switch for me. Hmph.

I liked Cristina's dance for her life, not so much because it was great dancing, but because she did seem...more herself. It was like "Oh yeah, that's why they liked her"

Edit: Also, see Natter, but--in the Usher thing, ita was TOTALLY hiding out in that pack of dancer girls! Check it! She must be his secret bodyguard who's masquerading as a dancer in order to protect him even while he's on stage.

I guess of those three I would have gotten rid of Alexie too. Oh well. I look forward to actually seeing the show next week.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I think Tyce choreographed it.

I was trying to guess who choreographed it -- it was someone new. But my guesses were Tyce, but with Sonya moves (I don't think she does group dances).

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Seiously? Cheerleader wasn`t even in danger? I voted for Alex this week. Am I going to need to vote for everyone but cheerleader every week? She still never heard what they were saying to her, no way she improves it.

I am sorry to see Alexie go. I would rather have seen Melinda go. But how cute was traumatized little Kent? He`s going to cry at every elim. This is actually kind of an emotional little group we`ve got here. Is it going to be live every week? I don`t like it live. A good editor is not a bad thing.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I LOVE that whole Tharp Sinatra song cycle. He was perfection in it.

Facebook SYTYCD page just linked to an interview with Nigel--he said they COULD end up with all boys at the end, in this format (yay!) and that he decided he didn't like the All Stars running offstage as soon as the song was over, so that'll change next week.
