Angel: He is dead. Technically, he's undead. It's a zombie. Connor: What's a zombie? Angel: It's an undead thing. Connor: Like you? Angel: No, zombies are slow-moving, dimwitted things that crave human flesh. Connor: Like you. Angel: No! It's different. Trust me.

OMG, more beauty queen v. lesbian drama!

I was curious about the grey area of flying in first class, though they bought coach tickets. That was the key to their win, which bravo to them. Their freak out in the cab last week still burns, but whatever.

Brent and Caite were even MORE odious than ever. If they had somehow pulled it out...uuuccckkkk, the thought makes me sick.

The only rules about flying is that the teams can only pay for coach class. If they get upgraded to business or first, more power to them, but there is nothing against the rules unless money is exchanged.

I was very happy to see Brent and Caite get screwed over by their cabbie. Also, really glad to see the cowboys know about Coit Tower because they did their research on the flight from Shanghai! Bummed that it took them as long as it did to figure out how to read the virtual clue--dude, why do you think Jordan was spinning himself sick?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

my mouth flew open at the drama at the end! I actually GASPED. I haven't seen that drama before on all the seasons I've seen of TAR. Man.

I take it they finish in SF?

You mean the lesbians, le nubian? I thought they were being really obnoxious and changed the channel as soon as Phil asked Caite about them--what did they say?

Kathy,

I don't remember verbatim, but the dark-haired member of the couple (I'm terrible with names) started bitching out the models for U-turning them. I couldn't believe it! Now, I'm empathetic because I thought the models' reasons for U-turning them were suspect, but U-turn is within the rules of the race, people can U-turn whomever they'd like, you just have to suck it up.

I do hope TAR gets rid of the U-Turn in the future. No one survived it this season and I actually don't think that's quite fair.

The Yoda statue! That's right next to one of my favorite restaurants.

The U-Turn, if they keep it, should use the challenges from the Speed Bumps. And the Speed Bumps need to be changed to something like both members having to do a Road Block, consecutively, or both sides of a Detour.

I haven't really liked any of the special challenges since they got rid of having a fast forward on every leg (which I understand doing for logistical production reasons). Something that just pops up a couple of times just isn't fair.
