Is anyone else really tired of Mila at this point?

Nope. In fact, I'll put money down right now for Mila for the win. Of course, the break between the main competition and finals night can make a huge difference, but on the whole, she's been the most consistent, and while there have been themes, I wouldn't say she's been one-note. Also, that dress last night was rockin'.

She might end up being the Laura Bennet of this season if she doesn't do something that's outside of her comfort zone, though. I remember being blown away by Laura's little black dress that was so unlike everything else that she did on the show, and I'd like to see Mila do something equally mind-blowing.

Yeah, I see Mila as being like Laura just because her own point of view is so strong. And she's able to joke about it, which means she's not blind to it. If she is able to pull something completely different out, she'll get mad props for it, more than another designer who has shown diversity the whole season.

I think right now the strong contenders are Mila, Jay, and maybe Maya. I like Amy's work, but the judges seem not to. I think either Ben or Seth Aaron could pull their work up, but right now I don't see the momentum. Anthony is too hot and cold. I think he's really learning and growing as a designer, but it may not be enough to win the show. He might get fan favorite, though.

I wouldn't count out Seth Aaron. He's really been growing on me and he's got a unique design sensibility. He reminds me a little bit of Jeffrey, only not gross and petty.

I agree that Mila's been a little bit one note for me, and while last night's dress was impressive, I felt like that was mainly because of the material she picked. The look seemed exactly like almost everything else she's made.

If I had to place my bet for the win right now, I'd go with Jay.

Just watched PR. Emilio, WTF. And I liked Mila's look best but understand why Jay won.

I agree, Mila needs to step out of her comfort zone soon, but I always really like what she does so I'm more okay with the sameness than I would be if it wasn't personally appealing to me.

I'm glad Jay won, if only because when he said he was making leather pants out of garbage bags I said out loud "Oh, honey, no! Garbage bags on Project Runway never works." And then he made it work. So, yeah.

And I'm with Nina, Emilio's wasn't so bad. It was bad, but it wasn't SO bad. Though, what was his accessory? Did he even have one?

I liked Amy's explanation of what she was doing, but I didn't love the garment. There was another "safe" garment I liked a lot, but I don't remember who the designer was. It was the copper dress that actually moved.

Emilio had some wire tied around her wrist I think it was a bracelet.

I was hoping the accessories would be more interesting but it seemed like they were either belts or a hastily constructed bracelet.

Mila's stuff is nice looking but it's all the same. There was the one designer who kept getting called on using prints and flowy dresses and I don't get why Mila isn't being called on using color blocking for every challenge. Maybe in the future.

I liked is it Maya's because she had a jacket AND a necklace. Not that a jacket is really an accessory but it still was awesome.

Maya had the best complete look, I think. She's been in the top 3 a few times, now.

Ulli with the prints is who Mila sort of reminds me of. When she finally made a different dress that was still a print and summery-beachy-flowy but didn't look like every other dress she had made up until then, that was cool. I'm not sure if we're to the point where Mila has to do something different, yet, there are a bunch of designers that I really don't know what their point-of-view is at this point. But it wouldn't hurt for her to mix it up.

Most of the people who were pissing me off are gone now, too. So at least there should be interesting clothes to look at.

Is anyone still watching Models? Is there any interesting drama over there? I quit because watching it was like watching a documentary in gender fail. Like how the models were all nearly powerless and yet were judged by the designers based on those criteria out of their control, and so how they all devolved into attempts at social manipulation as the only way to affect their fate. I can only think that the addition of specific judging by the panel for them this season makes it worse, but I don't know because I can't bring myself to watch it.
