I would have boycotted the rest of the season and joined Twitter to send angry tweets to Nigel and Shankdaddy.
Why is disco still on this fucking show? 90% of the dancers think of it as "oldies", the way we think of calliope music. The only redeeming factor of it is that it's at least an even playing ground, because NOBODY DOES THAT SHIT.
I think the disco is fun to watch! But I grew up with Saturday Night Live, so.
I like disco, but Nathan and Molli didn't nail this one. I liked their costumes, though.

I'm with Amy. I was one of those people who practiced my disco with all my buds out behind the student lounge and danced in discos with names like 2001 Oddessey on Friday and Saturday night. It's just fun! It has a place in my heart that nothing can surplant.
I will miss Billy, but we still have some excellent male dancers. I really haven't narrowed it down yet to who I like best, but I think right now I like Viktor, Jakob, Ryan, Russell and Philip.
The women I'm really not nuts about. I think Bianca's got potential. I like Karen, a lot. Much better than Ashleigh. Ellenore is someone to watch. Otherwise, I think most of them are very, very young and aren't really ready for this show. And Ashleigh is only good at looking hot. Her part in hers and Jakob's dance was mainly posing, he did all the work and danced rings around her. I seriously want her off that stage.

OMG, AND they are dressing up as different races. Good lord, Tyra.
Russell wasn't really in the bottom 2. God knows why they put him in there (more pimping?) but he wasn't in danger. They know he's a big favorite right now, and I think he's received more camera time than any other dancer. They've even gone to the trouble of completely whitewashing his significant dance training a la Joshua. (Or is it krumpwashing?)

Isn't this true of most of the dance styles, though? Waltz, foxtrot, jive, two-step, broadway? I like the disco, though. It may be a bunch of tricks, but it's fun to watch, and it reveals the weak dancers.
