Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
Well, that was incredibly enjoyable! And yay for the winner! That was just lovely, and she's darling.
I hope she doesn't drop out of sight like Sabra. I hope Evan's older brother becomes a show choreographer rather than a contestant.
Yay for Jeanine!! Sooo glad she won--my three votes for her did not go to waste.
I was really glad to hear that they're going to have a Best of show on 9/2! I'm thinking of putting together a DVD for my niece to watch, and I'll have to dvr that to add to the routines I'll have from this season (most from tonight's show).
Yay!
I remember in the past they have definitely said they were not "counting down" the final four in order, but this year they definitely said they were. So. I can see it -- Kayla is a beautiful dancer, but has the least charisma.
What I need to know from kat is exactly what was taped on Tuesday.
Nigel has admitted (at least one previous season) that the order in which people are excused in the final 4 show may not reflect the "real" rankings.
they have said that before, but Cat specifically said "the person in fourth place after last night's vote is..."
kat said she saw Shankman and Miss Debbie Allen on stage together, so that bit was taped.

Wait, why do you say that?
I was confused because she said it was the top eight, but weren't Melissa and Ade in the top eight? I couldn't figure out how they would have gotten back and changed quickly enough.
But how many of the dances? Not all of them, I'm guessing, right?
