Nobody

Being a manly man I don't cry at TV shows, however, if I were to, I'd probably shed a tear at the moments Cindy mention, with the exception of the class protector, which I just fucking loathed and is one of my all time low points in Buffy.

Are you on the drugs again? What do you hate about it? What makes it a low point?

And, more on-topic, I occasionally cry at the Class Protector award, but I always cry at the way Giles looks at Buffy when she walks up to get it.

It's the whole combination for me. There isn't one moment that makes me cry, it's all of that scene, and later (maybe the next scene?) Giles says something like, "I had no idea that children - en masse - could be gracious."

sniff

All is well that ends in pizza.

UTTAD, I can't imagine what kind of high school experience you had whereupon the Class Protector Award would make you feel it is a low point.

Indifferent? yes, I can understand that. But hate the CPA? I am puzzled.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I'm with UTTAD on that one, and it has less to do with my own high school experience than with my aversion to sappiness and blatant emotional manipulation. I'm almost surprised that the band doesn't break out violins for the Very Special Buffy Moment.

Always Anti-fascist!

I know what you're saying, Matt. It still worked for me, though.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Me, too. I guess my own mizerable experience in high school made me cheer for Buffy who could do all these things and no one seemed to notice or care.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

with the exception of the class protector, which I just fucking loathed and is one of my all time low points in Buffy.

Thank god I'm not the only one. It just...I don't know why it bugs me so much, but it's pure watch-from-the-hall for me, and I have a pretty high tolerance for schmaltz.

I can't even.

"Zombies! Hyenas! Snyder!"

Class Protector is a major high point for me too.

Dear Santa (aka Father Christmas),

Please disregard the horribly wrong statements by UTTAD, Matt, and brenda. They really aren't on drugs. It's the heat and the humidity. They love the class protector award scene; they just done had their brains melted.

Love,

The Buffistas

I look more rad than Lutheranism

The REAL reason we don't get a season 8 of Buffy? Joss heard what UTTAD, Matt, and brenda said, and he got pissed, took his jump rope, and went home.
