The REAL reason we don't get a season 8 of Buffy? Joss heard what UTTAD, Matt, and brenda said, and he got pissed, took his jump rope, and went home.
Buffy 4: Grr. Arrgh.
This is where we talk about Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No spoilers though?if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it. This thread is NO LONGER NAFDA. Please don't discuss current Angel events here.

Also, it made the baby Jesus cry. And write Little House slash. It doesn't get much worse.
maybe Smurf/My Little Pony
There's already My Little Pony fanfic out there, the website I found had warnings that this was a site for children and certain stories shouldn't be posted.
I think they just meant scary stories, but...
I have one thing to say... Simon and Simon slash.

Well, there's probably Full House slash out there too. And RPS Olsen twins. shudder
There's Harry Potter twincest.
A *lot* of HP twincest. That I may or may not have read.

Err. Yeah. I have accidentally found Olsen Twincest.
It's certainly out there. In all senses of out there.
Ooh, ooh! I came back here and found my name being dragged through the dirt, but let's leave that aside for the moment. I just had a blinding flash of inspiration as to the source of my Class Protector hate.
There's something about that whole scene, the prom, all the kids around, the look on Buffy's face...that makes my brain take a screeching U-turn back to the kind and queen crowning scene in Carrie. And that scene fucks me up so badly - seriously, I think my psyche was scarred by it and has never quite recovered - that I have this completely visceral and negative reaction to the scene.
Wow. This never actually occurred to me before. But that's totally what it is. The unconscious mind, she is a strange place.
With the Class Protector thing, I got a "Yeah, a cutesy umbrella makes up for three years of funny looks and shunning. I don't think so" feel. Cordy and Xander smiling at each other gave me a bigger happy. OK, well, and Angel in a tux. And Giles and Wesley in tuxes. And Xander in a tux. There's a trend there, isn't there.
