Mal: How come you didn't turn on me, Jayne? Jayne: Money wasn't good enough. Mal: What happens when it is? Jayne: Well... that'll be an interesting day.

meara - I'm afraid so. Because once you chug it, you'll be up for some time. When I had mine a couple of months ago, I wasn't supposed to chug it all at once, but in certain amounts every 15 minutes. So it was chug, bathroom, chug, bathroom.... Good luck.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, this is why I didn't mind that the first appointment I could get was in the afternoon. I did half the prep the evening before, slept the full night, then did the second half in the morning. It was fine! And I would have taken the whole day off anyway, no matter what.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Three day team meeting y’all. Excuse me while I go collapse in a pile for 36 hours.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

That'll be my schedule in about a month. I think there's no really GOOD option here, just varying degrees of suckitude.

Oh my no. That's at least two and a half days too long for a meeting.

Even worse - it was my meeting.

It was fantastic, really. But boy is that a lot of peopling and being on. I am okay to just not talk to anyone at all for like four days. All I'm doing today is sending out thank you notes.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Yeah, I like my coworkers, but our twice-yearly, two-day meetings are a lot. Three days would be exhausting.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I was given no options of pills and blending - just a gallon jug of evil. I know not now such decisions get made.

But honestly... it was gross, I had the trots, it was unpleasant but not the worst thing that's ever happened to me.

Yeah, honestly, it was built up to be much worse than it was. For me anyway.

The thick stuff is vile, but it’s a couple of minutes a couple of times. Make it as cold as you can, use a wide straw and you’ll get through it. I didn’t really get hungry while I was doing all of this so I didn’t need to worry about what to eat and not eat very much. Maybe a little Jell-O here and there but mostly water.

Always Anti-fascist!

When I get stirred up like that, it's hard for me to stop. maybe I'm not alone.(Honest to God, not sure how I'd manage. But my cologuard was clear, so a worry for a later date.) Also, you know, American discomfort with bodily functions has made my life rough off and on for pretty much my lifetime so I'm guessing it's that, too.

cereal: Not to sound like I'd meet some tour bus all "Let's talk intestines!1"(I'm not allowed after what happened last time.) On a more serious note, though, I do wonder what disability is like in other countries, especially since for half my life I just...accepted that we are totally better, cause, USA, right, but you have time to consider stuff as a person on economic parole, so I kind of hope that *isn't* true, even if it might make me feel all right for an instant.
