Annie Andrews looks like she might win. Lean chance but she is ahead. 75% chance she could win
Trump won by 17 points in SC.
Also looking at county results about 355 votes separate Graham and Andrews and almost 1000 people voted for the 2 independents and write ins. That is with 80% of the results tallied.
North Carolina flipped!!
It looks like South Carolina is going to flip too!
NYT has Dems up 4.2 with 75% of the vote in.
They have Dems winning Ohio by 2.8 with 50% of the vote in.
They see Dems winning Texas by 4.7 with 42% of the vote counted.
They have Dems taking Kansas by 3.3 with 42% of the vote counted.
Maine only has 7% of the vote counted by NYT has 69% chance of Dems winning with 2.1+. We'll see.
Right now it looks like the Dems could take 53 Senate seats, and that's not counting Alaska which is a very slim margin but Peltola is up.
If Dems take Iowa (and that vote looks almost even) and Alaska that would be 55.
But banking South Carolina early really changes the scorecard.
We'll see, but right now it looks like the polls were right, and it's a Blue Tsunami.
I'm just glued to the CNN results map, waiting for them to call the Ohio races.
Georgia went blue all the way
I cannot believe that Andews is being projected with a narrow win. I honestly wasn't expecting this and if Lindsay hadn't died I don't know if it would have been like this.
But Darline Graham pretty much only ran attack ads. And it didn't seem like she had any kind of platform.
They are calling it for Andrews!!!
Unfortunately that may be the only election that for SC that the Dems flip. But the state level races are a lot closer than the past.
I haven't paid close attention to Texas beyond the Senate race, but Abbott is trailing? This feels like bizzaro land. Or a trap.
Man, 80% of the Ohio vote is in! Just call it for Acton and for Brown!!! I'm getting so squirrelly over here!
Abbott needs to win 58% of the remaining votes to beat Hinojosa.
And that is just slightly less than what Paxton needs to best Talarico.
Currently Dems are leading in Texas.
