Today was one of the worst migraines I’ve ever had. There weren’t any blackouts, but I woke up with a pain level of ten, and the only thing that’s knocked it below an eight is Tylenol with codeine. I’m so over this.
Oh, and yes, there’s a nationwide shortage of estradiol patches, and even with calling another pharmacy that had them in stock to have my prescription transferred to them, I haven’t gotten a “your prescription is ready” call or text. Betcha I’m not getting any, which is going to fuck me up.

Ugh I’m so sorry, Atropa. I *haven’t* had any issues getting estradiol patches from the locally-owned drugstore I go to, for what it’s worth, so that’s something you may want to check out if you get prescriptions from one of the big chains.
