Good luck everybody and Shana Tova to those who celebrate(And I owe Nilly a reply to her New Year's greeting...the moment I got it was a hectic one, somehow(In a stupid way, probably) and I never got back to her--it's been a few days. I should do it before I need the forgiving, right? Probably the way the greeting would sound in my voice is why it always makes me think of the Homicide bit with Munch and Kellerman. "Say it again!" "No!" "Oy vey ist mir...I'm so meshugganeh I could plotz." (I also don't need much reason to think about that riff in Northern Exposure on how to find a Jewish name and why Spiderman doesn't exactly count, but they had a full Rosh episode...maybe that was in it. Maybe Dr. Joel didn't want to spend the important day alone.

Yeah, I think that's what happened, --t, not that I fully understood it, exactly--the closest I feel to getting locked out of tradition like that might be either Super Bowl Sunday and not having a team or taking Independence Day exceptionally literally.
