That which does not kill you should RUN

So maybe I'm just getting overheated at work and fed up with dealing with all this and when I'm off I don't want to deal with people and self soothe amd relax..

Occam's Razor suggests this one, askye. Although perimenopause/menopause is no joke. I'm currently listening to the 3-part Ologies podcast about menopause, and it is full of good info: [link]

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That all sounds exhausting, askye. But could be piled on top of the perimenopause thing to be even worse.

Thrive to spite them

Steph I'll have to chsck that out.

A lot of it is just mentally exhausting and the store manager thst just left was good in a lot of ways but not in holding certain people accountable. I'm hoping that our next manager will be firm but kind and because it's not just me that is feeling overwhelmed with all of this.

I know previous store manager told someone in the meat department they needed to help in produce and the guy just...refused.

In good news M and I finally have some rails set up on the walls so we can display more comics. It looks really good.

Here is kind of a shot of our comic books. It was mostly M showing how he posed the stuffed animals

"Somewhere in this building is our talent." Toby Ziegler, my spirit animal

My menopause thing(as my thing in general if I feel off) is that I vomit. A lot. We bought some extra fans, so it's been a few weeks now, and, you know, I'm a chucker, but it's a little better. Guessing it's the extra heat--almost wrote "heart"---Dr. Freud would say there are no typos, I'm not sure myself. (Also, weirdly, somewhat hard to recognize, compared to, say, Nausea Classic, in that there is more discomfort and pressure than queasiness, really, up until the pivotal moment.) I hate that I always have to wonder if that is about reflux or a CP thing(doctors want stuff to be a CP thing cause they don't have to know and they could "What are you gonna do?" it, but because this is not puberty there are no bigger girls to take cues from-- I am the older girls, and doing my usual bang-up job of it, too. I got Rick-rolled, sort of, at the DMV getting my ID updated.

That suuuuucks, erika (the nausea, I don't feel as strongly about getting Rick-rolled these days although I am curious how the DMV would manage it!)

None of the versions of nausea (Classic; Nausea 2: Electric Boogaloo; Nausea Strikes Back; Nausea: This Time It's Cyclospora!) are awesome.

Thrive to spite them

I keep getting random weird things. My eyes will randomly statt feeling dry and then that goes away.

There is my Mystery GI symptoms, ehich i guess is IBS and GERD . But then i get worried because i didn't have a colonoscopy because i had just had one....but what if my issues aren't because I ate too much dairy or corn or does my bowel movement look abnormal what if it's not the GI stuff but colon cancer.

My joints will randomly start hurting. No hot flashes in a while though.
